Yes. Each product has a detailed specification sheet and can be supported with quality certificates such as ISO, HACCP, and third-party lab test reports upon request.

We offer flexible packaging according to customer requirements. Common options include PP bags, jumbo bags, or bulk loading in containers. Packaging is designed to ensure safety, prevent moisture, and maintain product quality during long-distance shipping.

Typical lead time is 3–4 weeks after order confirmation. For some products, we maintain ready stock, enabling faster shipment.

Yes. We arrange export shipments from Vietnam to major ports worldwide. We can work on FOB, CIF, or other Incoterms as required. Our logistics team coordinates closely to ensure smooth customs clearance and timely delivery.

Yes. Product samples can be provided for testing purposes. Customers usually request 0.5–1 kg for evaluation before placing bulk orders.
