Payment & Delivery

  1. Payment Terms
    We typically work with international standard terms such as T/T (bank transfer) or L/C (Letter of Credit), depending on order volume and customer profile.
    Standard T/T terms: 30% advance payment upon order confirmation, 70% balance against shipping documents.
    L/C terms: Irrevocable Letter of Credit at sight, issued by a first-class international bank, subject to our approval.
    All payments must be made in USD or other agreed currency, free of bank charges to the beneficiary.
    Bank details and instructions will be clearly provided in the Proforma Invoice (PI).
  2. Delivery Terms
    Shipments are arranged from the main ports of Vietnam (Hai Phong, Ho Chi Minh City).
    We can work under Incoterms 2020, such as FOB, CIF, CFR, or other terms upon request.
    Delivery time is typically 3–4 weeks after order confirmation and receipt of advance payment or L/C.
    For selected products with available stock, earlier shipment may be possible.
  3. Packaging & Shipping
    Standard packaging: PP woven bags, jumbo bags, or bulk in a container, depending on product type.
    All packaging is designed to protect product quality during international transport.
    Fumigation, palletization, and additional export packaging services can be arranged if required by the customer.
  4. Logistics & Documentation
    We coordinate export customs clearance and provide full shipping documentation, including Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Certificate of Origin, and other certificates as agreed (Health Certificate, Phytosanitary, Quality Certificate).
    Third-party inspection (SGS, Vinacontrol…) can be arranged at the buyer’s cost if requested.
  5. Risk & Title Transfer
    Risk and ownership of the goods transfer according to the agreed Incoterms.
    Vietfeeds is responsible for ensuring cargo safety and quality up to the delivery point defined by the contract.
